Message	because its not liquid. im sure you know the method, if not, they run it on a negative static like conveyer and then spray the powder on which then because of the static lets say, it sticks like hair on a wool sweater. then it goes into the oven to bake on. He sprayed your wheels with spray paint. You got robbed. Sorry Man
